Twilio

OpenAI
Powers our AI-assisted features including trip recommendations, itinerary suggestions, SMS Q&A, and voice reservation scripts. Trip data and your queries may be sent to OpenAI's API to generate responses. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
Stripe
Handles payment processing for subscriptions and premium features. Payment information (credit card details) is sent directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
4 SMS and Messaging
Adventure Ninja offers an SMS Concierge feature that sends trip-related notifications and allows AI-powered Q&A via text message.
- Opt-In: You opt in to SMS messaging by enabling the SMS Concierge feature in your Adventure Ninja profile settings and providing your mobile phone number.
- Opt-Out: You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You can also disable SMS by unchecking the SMS Concierge option in your profile settings. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your trip activity. During active trips, you may receive daily briefings, activity reminders, and reservation confirmations. You may also receive responses to questions you send via text.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
- Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message from us or email hello@adventureninjaapp.com.
We will not share your phone number or SMS data with third parties for their marketing purposes. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
5 Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. Specifically:
- Account data is retained until you request deletion of your account.
- Trip data is retained for the duration of your account and may be deleted individually at any time.
- SMS message logs are retained for up to 12 months for service quality and troubleshooting purposes.
