Adventure Ninja incorporates artificial intelligence to enhance your trip planning experience. This includes AI-powered Q&A responses via SMS and voice-based reservation assistance. Please note the following:

• •AI-generated suggestions, recommendations, and responses are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.
• •Voice-based reservation features are provided on a best-effort basis. We cannot guarantee that a reservation will be successfully made, confirmed, or honored by any third-party establishment.
• •Users should independently verify all AI-provided information, including restaurant details, operating hours, availability, and pricing, before relying on it.
• •Adventure Ninja is not responsible for any losses, damages, or inconveniences resulting from reliance on AI-generated content or failed automated reservations.

6 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the overall design — are the exclusive property of Adventure Ninja or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Adventure Ninja and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@adventureninjaapp.com or through the account settings in the app. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and any data associated with your account may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

10 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to the new terms taking effect by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Effective Date" above.
